Fatima Zahra, Assistance Coordinator – AXA Assistance Morocco
How did you join AXA Assistance?
In April 2007, after spending two years as an Assistance Coordinator with a competitor of AXA Assistance, I decided (while staying in the field of assistance, which I find fascinating) to join AXA: a group that is constantly growing and that has strong human values.

Describe your path.
I am a student and am working on a Bachelor’s degree in “Media and Communication in French”. I would like to continue on for a Master’s degree in Insurance Law or Business Communication, while continuing to work for AXA Assistance.

What are your main tasks?
Being an Assistance Coordinator involves receiving calls and e-mails, etc., collecting information, while being sure to analyze customers’ needs. What inspires me is the versatile nature of the services we provide. I coordinate the technical, medical and legal teams at the national and international levels. This diversity and our constant responsiveness enable us to provide our customers with the most suitable solution.
